Give yourself a few minutes and have last year’s report card ready to attach — the form walks you through the rest.

New applicants should meet the following qualifications:

Have your report card ready. You’ll attach last year’s report card showing at least the first three quarters’ grades.

Space is limited and classes fill up, so get your application in as soon as you can.

STEM is a graded elective that meets during the school day.
It runs a full semester (18 weeks), not a single quarter.
Band students can take STEM during their lunch/directed studies period — and that section runs all year.
You can join in 7th or 8th grade even if you’ve never taken STEM before.
